AHGTC ANNUAL CONFERENCE 2010

 

1. CALL FOR PAPERS

 

The 2010 conference will be held in Alcester on 19th September 2010.

 

If you are willing to give a short talk (20 minutes including questions) on a subject of interest to Town Criers, please let me know as soon as possible.

 

Do you know of some body—not necessarily a Guild Member—who could talk on matters of concern to criers—for example: How to avoid injury when crying? Give me their contact details and I will approach them.

 

2. NOMINATIONS FOR ELECTIONS

 

Nominations are invited for the following:

 

Chairman

Secretary

Ordinary Board Members

Membership Secretary (to serve for 2 years)

 

Please use the form included in the latest crier. (A separate form for each post).

 

Nominations must be with me by 31st July.

 

Nominations are also invited for the position of Vice President. Please submit them in writing with the candidates signed acceptance to me.
