Dorset’s Alistair Chisholm wins 11th Title in Hastings

Posted on November 20, 2021 by Iain Mitchell Posted in News .

Alistair Chisholm an Town Crier from Dorset and Town Crier of Dorset’s principle Town Dorchester, wins his 11th National Championship, which equals a past record set in the 1950’s by another extraordinary Crier from the historic and ancient Town Fowey in Cornwall, named Ben Johnson.

It’s a fabulous achievement from one of our own Guild members and I very much hope Alistair will be looking for a 12th!
