But although they’ve left us now,

30th April 2013

The Guild are sad to announce the death of Frank Housam, former crier of Tiverton.

The funeral will be held on Tuesday 14th May in Witheridge Church (EX16 8AF) at 2:00pm.

A procession with a horse-drawn hearse will proceed from Witheridge Football Club to the church. Criers and Escorts in full regalia are invited to escort the hearse.

The Guild are sad to announce the death of Graham Coles, crier of Glastonbury.

The funeral took place at St John’s Church, Glastonbury (BA6 9DR) at 3:00pm on Thursday 25th April 2013.

The Guild sent sincere condolences to Graham’s family.

The Guild are sad to announce the death of Dennis Cook, crier of Callington and former editor of “The Crier” on 10th April.

The funeral was held at Calstock Church (PL18 9QE) on Tuesday 23rd April at 1:00pm.

The Guild are sad to announce the death of William (Bill) Malin, the President of the Guild and former crier of Alcester.

The funeral was held on Wednesday 27th February. Criers attended in full regalia and gave Bill a good send-off with a Bells-Up.
